UPDATE: Vitalik argues that crypto social networks failed by chasing price bubbles, not by focusing on better communication, and says that decentralized social networks are the way to a reboot. There needs to be some control over these tokens that are being mined on these networks nonstop and then sold, scamming the buyers... without that, people lose money and leave, never to return...
