Yes, bananas are rich in nutrients like potassium and vitamins, bananas also contain high amounts of natural sugars and carbohydrates that can impact blood sugar levels and exacerbate these conditions. For instance, boiled bananas, such as Matoke can be a better alternative because boiling reduces their sugar content. However, even this should be done sparingly. You mustn’t eat, the truth of the matter is that we ELVOVED from starvation, the body is not designed to amass so much food The ratio of food we eat and the how our organs are working is not corresponding at all Can you consider giving your organ some rest?
