The combination of spaghetti and shrimp is always a reliable choice. But Shirmp Pasta from Ruby's in New York is a next level presence in my heart. The fresh flavor released by frying shrimp is infused into the rich cream, forming the cornerstone of the dish's taste buds. But unwilling to make a bowl of creamy noodles honestly, they insist on balancing sour and sweet cherry tomatoes with bitter arugula. Even better, there were chili flakes sprinkled on top, which immediately surprised the taste buds.
