Web3 Founders are humans and not God. We forget that behind every project is a team of real people People who make mistakes, people who get overwhelmed, people who are figuring things out just like the rest of us. Every time a project collapses, we suddenly become experts. “Their marketing was too much.” “They had no real tech.” “This was obviously a scam.” Obviously. But where was that energy before we aped in? Let’s stop pretending. We love the hype. If a project is quiet, we ignore it. If it’s loud, we call it overhyped. If it pumps, we say “I knew it.” If it rugs, we say “I saw it coming.” So which one do we actually want? The truth is Hype alone won’t save a project. But neither will endless criticism without solutions. So, what’s the right way to do this? How do you balance hype with actual value? Because we keep talking about the problem, but where’s the solution? Been exploring Web3 marketing full-time, and I’ve got questions. A lot of them🙂
