The problem with current “Web3 AI”:
❌ Paywalls & subscriptions
❌ API keys required
❌ Payments bolted-on later
❌ Centralized usage tracking
That’s just Web2 business model + crypto checkout.
Not decentralized. Not trustless. Not protocol-native.
