There is a massive misconception that Web3 needs billions of users to succeed. It doesn’t. The entire crypto economy today is powered by fewer than 5 million active wallets. That’s smaller than a mid-sized city. What matters isn’t mass adoption — it’s high-intent adoption. A million people who build, trade, vote, govern, create, and run nodes are more valuable than 100 million passive watchers. Crypto isn’t Netflix. It’s Linux.
