At the beginning of the year I got a job in my specialty. No experience. The salary is small, but there are prospects. Since I am the lowest link in the career ladder, each of my colleagues is my boss and each considers it his duty to burden me with work in excess of mine. They also like to tease me with some trifle or give valuable instructions, as if I have no brains. Is it impossible to behave more politely with new employees?
