Note to self: Judgment is inevitable—no matter what you do. Lean into that truth, and let go of the need to control what others think about you. True freedom comes from being yourself, not the image you think others want. 🤍

Really great read. Working on “identity” now, as I too, was conditioned to “be” a certain way (growing up) that wasn’t authentic to my true self.. It’s been a journey but I’m joyful to be finding my way back.. to myself 250 $degen

Thank you!! I'm happy to have company on this journey. I've discussed this with my parents, and have observed them with their parents and have seen how things have been passed down. It's revealing and helps with understanding how I got here. What's been your greatest success so far, if you don't mind me asking.

Same. A toxic generational pattern of not knowing how to give/receive love on both sides of my family.. It’s nice to hear that you’ve been able to communicate your feelings with your parents though, and i hope they’ve been receptive.. however, for me, i had to get away from my dysfunctional family.. i had to leave them in order for Jesus to heal my heart. It’s much deeper but in a nutshell He has been my greatest “success”

That sounds like a tough path to break patterns and heal. I'm glad that you've been able to navigate this even without family support. 🤍 This work makes a difference in our lives and those who interact with us. I truly believe each person doing self work helps everyone as a whole.
