Out on the internet, most communities feel like passing traffic people come and go, voices overlap, the energy burns fast and fades even faster. You learn not to expect much.
But ICCM shifted that lens for me.
Inside this small circle, things don’t rush. Conversations breathe. Ideas don’t exist for noise, they settle, connect, and grow roots. People show up not just to speak, but to listen, build, and understand.
The more time I spend around this “ICCM fire,” the more I see how rare that is.
A community where warmth isn’t forced.
Where curiosity replaces ego.
Where coordination feels natural.
It changed how I see online spaces, from chaotic rooms of strangers to places where meaning can form, slowly and honestly.
ICCM didn’t just redefine a project.
It redefined what a community can feel like.
