Every time I hear one of Tyla’s songs, I start dancing like there’s no tomorrow—the way her voice blends into her amapiano gets me crazy. It’s no surprise: her catalog is an amapiano banger: “Water”, “CHANEL”, “PUSH 2 START (to name a few) are all on the starting blocks to make you dance until the break of dawn. I remember writing a lot of poems on the dance floor as her catalog was blasting through the speakers—Yet, as I was listening to her new songs, it was the way she stepped down the rhythm on “IS IT LOVE” that inspired me. || mtx || over the years, we've been dancing in between peaceful waves of glee and tearful rain of boogie —oh, how delulu we've been... over the fears, how we've been dancing over our dreams —no tears in between. oh, how we've been... in love in between... {-} 🧵
