There’s a reason why so many startups fail. You have to get ALL of the following right:
✅ a large potential market
✅ with a non-consensus insight/secret
✅ and a business that’s anti-fragile
AND you have to execute near flawlessly b/c everyone will be on your tail once they see it working.
