Been on a weight loss journey. Checked the scale and I’ve added another kg. Is it too early to be scared that I might be on the spectrum of PCOS patients who struggle with weight loss cos I swear that I’ve been diligent with my meds and lifestyle changes 😔

Yamarita makes me nostalgic. 🥹Was feeling unwell and my friend cooked it for me and I remembered all those days in secondary school when we’d beg the security men to buy it for us because we were prohibited from stepping outside during school sessions. It made me think of how food goes beyond taste, it carries memories and the worlds we’ve ever known. Enjoyed it. 1000/10 😋
