According to PANews, the Fantom Foundation has been declared victorious in a lawsuit by the Seoul High Court in South Korea. The court recognized that the development of Fantom was led by Andre Cronje. The case originated from allegations made by SikSin, a South Korean food technology start-up, and its CEO Byung-Ik Ahn against the Fantom Foundation. They claimed to have provided technical implementation services for Fantom but accused Fantom of failing to fulfill the service agreement, demanding a claim of over 198 million FTM.
