Sentiment crashed from 42 to 23 over the last 30 days. DeFi TVL barely moved.
That divergence is the part I track. Builders stay on chain even when the index says everyone is leaving.
When TVL finally cracks under fear, that's the actual bottom signal. Until then this is just price noise.
