Here is a preview of what I'm working on. It's a PM tool optimized for small teams (currently teams of 1) working with software dev agents. In this demo, I create an Issue which turns into a prompt I can easily cut and paste into Claude Code, then I ask it what I should work on next. It's pretty alpha but it works and accelerated by development, so if you want to give it a try DM me.

especially really hard code funnily enough. we might come up with some kind of verification system to prove the code does what it says… maybe

we are very close to a place where most people will stop verifying code output from llms. the dev loop is conversation until ai understands your problem well, ask for verifications on important logic, test behavior with a ui i give it a year max. this is what it will mean to be a “dev”

if you are someone who understands how to learn, building ai products will feel very natural to you. you can squeeze much more out of these models by treating them as fresh minds approaching a new problem. they just don’t have much information yet

nouns taught me that democracy leads to very bad governance. we will probably end up at some end state where high priest philosophers and ai converge with radical markets. and i will welcome that

building ai products feels like a cheat code once you can define a semi reliable way to get the data you need, progress and quality compound. you can constantly retrain and experiment with your ever growing training set. laughably small changes here lead to huge improvements too. the leverage is weird and not like other parts of programming i think i have spent over 50% of my time building this data/training pipeline
