Because this is a hashtag from fans of a movie. From a production standpoint, this series is presented in a lighthearted way, with cute visuals and strong on-screen chemistry, no wonder it went viral so quickly.
In fact, it is a BL (Boys’ Love) series that focuses on same-sex romance and is clearly intended for adult audiences with a particular perspective.
In my personal opinion, content like this is not suitable for everyone, especially teenagers, and does not fully align with cultural and family values in Indonesia.
So before jumping on a trend, I think it’s important for us to be more selective in choosing what we watch, rather than following something just because it’s viral or looks cute.
