I think VELO is the price to buy liquidity on Optimism where the LPs are the sellers of VELO and the veVELO lockers are the buyers. IF Volume goes up then lockers will have more fees and incentives to buy VELO with and the price will go up. If you think Optimism usage continues to increase then I think VELO does too.
