This hits home for me. Exactly how I read Scripture too. It’s heartbreaking when folks cherry-pick verses to back up violence or exclusion — that’s not the heart of the Gospel at all. Jesus spent his time healing, forgiving, and eating with the ones society rejected.
Love your neighbor? That includes everybody. Turning the Bible into a weapon is the ultimate betrayal of what Christ lived and died for. And that Romans 12 part you shared? Pure gold. Living at peace takes guts and grace, not swords and shouting.
Keep speaking this truth. The world desperately needs voices reminding us faith is about building bridges, not walls. More love, more mercy, more humility. That’s the revolution Jesus started. 🙏🕊️
