What is Account Abstraction? EIP-2938 has a simple definition
> Account abstraction (AA) allows a contract to be the top-level account that pays fees and starts transaction execution.
ERC-4337 enables this, but sort of fudges the "starts transaction execution" part. Practically, yes. But not at the protocol level.
