Your inner child isn’t a weakness.
It’s an unlicensed research lab.
Mixing chaos with curiosity.
Breaking rules to see which ones were fake.
It doesn’t ask: “Is this useful?”
It asks: “What happens if I touch this?”
Neuroscience calls it cognitive flexibility.
Society calls it immaturity.
History calls it innovation.
Exploration is everywhere:
in mistakes the prefrontal cortex hates,
in play the ego can’t monetize,
in ideas born before permission exists.
So no,
I won’t silence my inner child.
I’ll weaponize it with research
and let it disrupt politely broken systems.
Because creativity isn’t childish.
It’s biologically human.
And yes,
