The real problem isn’t drug use — it’s *prohibition*.
Criminalizing a health issue has created black markets, cartels, unsafe street supplies, and mass incarceration… all while addiction rates stay the same.
FairCapitalism says:
- Treat drug use as a **health issue**, not a criminal one
- Legalize + regulate to eliminate **fentanyl contamination** and **cartel profits**
- Redirect billions from punishment to **treatment, housing, and community rebuilding**
- Fix the root causes — trauma, poverty, hopelessness — instead of punishing the symptoms
**You can’t win a war against human behavior.
You can only heal the society that drives it.**
