Today I discovered the glorious combination that is foccochia + burrata + anchovies. Seems to be common to do on crostini or toasted bread too. Yum

Anyone have experience with doing giant/dead sets of exercise (consecutive set of 50 reps with no rest)? Latest program my trainer gave me incorporates a few of these for each weight training day. Curious if there are any specific benefits of these over your more normal 3x + rest routines.
