I ate a couple pieces when I visited. The initial taste is actually not that bad, but the aroma floods back through your nose and it's like....a deep inhale of a litter box. Do not recommend. LOL
Today I discovered the glorious combination that is foccochia + burrata + anchovies. Seems to be common to do on crostini or toasted bread too. Yum
