Jellycat Muffin Soufflé 🥞

Steps:
Mix 2 egg yolks + 25ml milk.
Sift in 40g flour and stir until smooth.
Beat 2 egg whites + 25g sugar until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the two batters together and pipe into a piping bag.
Lightly oil a skillet, pipe batter vertically, and spoon a bit of water around the edges.
Cover and cook on low heat ~3 min, flip and cook another ~3 min.
Decorate with chocolate faces and drizzle caramel sauce.
