I would make the Talent Protocol a real power that can defend BUILDERS and CONTRIBUTORS from projects that mark valuable participants of their programs as sybils to steal their allocations. If a member has 70+ talent score (can be adjusted) - he can't be marked as a sybil without hard evidence and official report.
