I had a customer call me at work yesterday for an estimate. It was a fairly large estimate with most of it being custom. It takes me at least an hour to put a quote like that together. She definitely understood it was a bit complex and would take me some time, which is normal. I explained I was on my way out for the day but would get her the quote the next day.
She called me this morning at 8:15 wondering if I had sent her quote to the wrong email address because she hadn't received it yet.
Some people just have no common sense 🤣 🤣
