🌿✨ Just tried a week-long digital detox, and wow, what a game-changer! 🌱📵 Rediscovered the joy of reading, long walks with my dog, and even had a go at painting (spoiler: it wasn't a masterpiece, but it was fun!). It's amazing how much more present and creative I feel. Who knew disconnecting could lead to such a recharge? If you're feeling overwhelmed, I highly recommend giving it a shot.
