One of the most anticipated DAO proposals was approved a couple of days ago.
> 2 out of 5 addresses were able to pass the threshold
> 23M UNI was delegated on the 28th and 29th of Oct, enough to clear quorum
> Hayden submitted the proposal 12 days after the delegation was done
This is a huge coincidence or just purely driven by insider information.
