✨Trump to launch the first tokenized luxury resort in the Maldives
The Trump Organization and Saudi developer Dar Global are building the world’s first hotel project with a tokenized construction phase — the Trump International Hotel Maldives.
Investors will be able to buy digital shares as tokens and start earning returns while the resort is still being built.
The project includes 80 beach and overwater villas and fully branded luxury-level infrastructure.
Opening is expected in late 2028.
