This time, with @coinbase launching a new token, it looks like the people in the U.S. finally get to join in 🐺 There are many guides online claiming you can pass KYC just by using a passport and a Hong Kong address. But remember — Coinbase acquired Echo, and during Echo’s last KYC round, using a passport and HK address didn’t grant any allocation. This new ICO is clearly built on Echo’s underlying tech, so don’t waste your effort. Most importantly — be careful. If your money goes in but can’t come out, there’ll be nowhere to cry about it. Stay within your circle of understanding.
