I’d like to share a fact about myself with you that might help me feel a bit better. I’ve been suffering from insomnia for the past few years, and I generally can’t get quality sleep at night. I’ve had several sessions with a therapist and a doctor, but the treatments were all medication-based, and I didn’t want to rely on pills. So, I decided to cope with this issue instead of medicating. However, it still hasn’t become normal for me. I really miss the days when I didn’t have these mental burdens.😌
