A while ago, as I was passing by the street across from my workplace, I saw an elderly man sitting on a bench, reading a newspaper. It struck me because I haven’t bought or read a newspaper in a long time due to smartphones. As I walked past him, he looked at me and smiled, and it made me feel good with his kind face.😇 I thought about how much smartphones have changed our manners, and how much calmer the previous generations must have been.🥺
