New found respect for content creators. I have been trying to make a short video and it’s taking me ages. Editing is a nightmare and it’s going to look terrible when it’s finished. Learnt a load of lessons already though so hopefully next time round should be a little easier

The scales at my gym are connected to the technogym app. It’s pretty cool, you can record all workouts on technogym equipment from treadmills and stair climbers to the weighted machines (they have qr codes on).

I would love to know what benefits you have being a professional athlete that most people could do but don’t know about? For example, any tests that a normal person could pay for that they could learn from, vo2 testing ect. What ones aren’t us normal gym goers doing that we should be?

Body fat still dropping. Struggling to get to target weight though. I have come down from around 85/86kg to 78.2kg. Target weight 75kg, I have a holiday in a couple of weeks and will struggle to maintain while I’m away so would like to get as much off (in a healthy way) as possible before then

The market needed a low budget for integrated bracelet watch and Tissot knocked it out of the park. Another watch which punches way above its weight is the Christopher ward loco. These are under £4000! With the balance on the front side of the watch they would have had to designed this movement from scratch. Super cool. Not my usual style but I would love one of these

Moxie kinda ruined my engagement I think. I used to chat to people all the time and then when moxie turned up people felt like they were doing you a favour if they replied to your casts. Went from enjoying it on here to feeling left out

Someone else mentioned this too. I know a lot of people who joined were after the NFT I didn’t realise you could still join after. I’m not sure if I am going to join pro, my wallet linked to Farcaster is down bad so don’t want to spend anything at the minute. Just trying to get used to using Farcaster again after some time off so will see if I can stick with it for a while before committing to pro

You might be right actually. We all know people only signed up for the nft though🧐 In all seriousness I don’t think I use the app enough to justify the 120$ The wallet is use for Farcaster is down big too so don’t want to spend to much at the minute
