I’m wanting to learn another language. Started a little bit of Spanish but we have been going to Portugal a lot recently as my wife has family there. Only thing is it wouldn’t be very useful anywhere else. It’s a tough call when your first language is English but don’t want to go my whole life being too lazy to learn another one

Believe it or not I’m not a massive reader. I went a little crazy over lockdown and was reading a book every few days but since then haven’t really finished anything. Some on the shelves at home are these… I have more but mostly packed up due to moving.

My wife sent me a clip of someone talking about a book on the topic of ADHD, it describes some parts of her perfectly, we have always suspected she had it. I bought the book as I wanted an insight into how she thinks and after reading it I have realised I’m pretty sure I have adhd too. I think I’m going to try and get myself a diagnosis

I can sit and watch movements like this for ages. It’s fun watching and working out the similarities to basic movements and also the extra steps that make them special. This one I haven’t seen before. I like it
