75 HARD Today I’m starting the 75 Hard Challenge. For those who don’t know, it’s a mental toughness program with 5 simple (but not easy) rules: 1) Two workouts a day (45 min each, one must be outdoors) 2) Drink 1 gallon (4L) of water 3) Follow a diet (no cheats, no alcohol) 4) Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book 5) Take a daily progress photo My main goal? Clarity, health, and breaking my cycle with 🍷 The rest (weight loss, strength, better mood) will follow. I’d love your support along the way 🙌
