Why do we need agentic memory? Well, many tools come with built-in memory, but this is effectively a system prompt, it uses up context every session & includes information that may not be relevant for the problem at hand. Memory tools insert context as you query the agent, so the relevant context is given when you need it. You can even share a single memory system across tools too.
