100%, people are under the impression you must run to be fit which is totally wrong. Steady state cardio ~120 bpm is key. Sure bursts are great for heart health but otherwise slow and steady wins the race.
I hit three weeks and day one sucked!
Yep, cardio and legs day. Been traveling for over three weeks (currently Abu Dhabi) with no gym for most of the time. Trying to hit it hard this week.
Been on the road for three weeks and finally got access to a good gym at my latest hotel today. So... Bulking the wrong way lol
