at some level your job as a parent is to help your kid grow up. But conversely, I think their job is to help you stay young (but you have to let them.. !)

No one cares about your story until you Win ,

You mean,  shouldn't suggest some plans to do ?
And let his/her mind learn and decide?

i don’t think it is possible to answer this question in the abstract. Could be that they need close, hands on guidance. Could be that they need space to develop their own capacity. Could be that you need to let go of trying to control how they do something

What's your exact job when your kid doesn't know how to improve his routine ?

True! With my kiddo I see this mostly around music

I agree with this, and I appreciate the youthfulness I maintain/absorb from time with them

This is really dip! But that will mean parents losing their power 😂
