So openmind just dropped something crazy the BrainPack the idea is simple, most robots come with strong hardware but not enough brainpower but BrainPack fixes that by giving any unitree robot a real onboard mind you plug it in and suddenly the robot can move on its own, stream video, spot faces and blur them for privacy and even find its charger without help the wild part is that it uses the same level of GPU power you see in self driving tech all packed into a small backpack for robots if you ever wanted to get into robotics without coding stress then this is probably the easiest entry point we are getting closer to real consumer robots and openmind is clearly trying to lead that shift
