been working on a tool for composing and evolving teams of AI agents based on org principles from my field research and that of others — plus some insights about how humans and machines could work better together. try Agency here: https://github.com/agentbureau/agency works with claude code's native task/plan function (you ask claude to use agency to assign agents to do any work), superpowers, and workgraph. when using Agency, the quality of output for PRDs, code, and long research/analysis docs has skyrocketed. still early release, so lmk if you run into issues.
