Note to self: how much effort is someone willing to put to fix an org if they can frictionlessly switch to an other? Even assuming perfect competition, does a huge investment (funds, time, emotions) make sense? What are the economics of friction in this case? Would friction (physical location for example) eventually generate better orgs?
