Buy a router which supports adguard home (like gl-inet Flint series etc), configure it for blocking ads/trackers/scripts and chill..
Another way is to debloat windows with "Chris Titus Tech Windows Utility" or something similar to get rid of every Microsoft crap (except windows itself 😐).
Or just go with Linux

Did you try to use Windows on virtual machine just for those apps? It should be good to keep away your private info from Windows.

my time with linux (linux mint) was amazing but i ran back to windows because of application compatibility, i couldn’t use my laptop without my phone for whatsapp & telegram because the web versions sucks but my gosh i dream of it everyday.
