Buy a router which supports adguard home (like gl-inet Flint series etc), configure it for blocking ads/trackers/scripts and chill..
Another way is to debloat windows with "Chris Titus Tech Windows Utility" or something similar to get rid of every Microsoft crap (except windows itself 😐).
Or just go with Linux
