It’s amusing that Web3 can build an entire financial system from scratch, except for the part where you can move money around without nuking every market. The $OM token crashed 90% in hours, not because of poor liquidity or exchange issues. But because Web3's entire capital movement system is built on a foundation of glass.

Every major token sale follows the same script: Project needs to move capital ➮ Public markets can't handle it ➮ Price collapses ➮Trust evaporates. The problem isn't the trades. It's forcing billion-dollar economies to rely on public order books for major capital movements. But then there exist no problem without a solution!

Programmable OTC systems are the escape hatch Web3 needs. Frictionless has built such a decentralized OTC platform, enabling: 1⃣ Price Impact Elimination Through OTC Switches 2⃣ Vesting Pressure Stabilization 3⃣ Tools for Market Makers and Liquidity Management 4⃣ Secure Asset Ownership and Transparency These $FRIC ’s features could have prevented or mitigated scenarios like OM’s crash.
