Hey @volks here are videos to show what my questions were about at the WIP Meetup today: Again, I just wanna stress that I complain about things I care about. There's no point wasting time and energy on something if I don't care. Which means, I REALLY like Pixel Survivors and want it to be even better.

Thanks so much for the feedback β€” really appreciate you taking the time to dive deep. This kind of input is gold for me right now πŸ™ so lets begin; Since there's no save system or state management yet, building full levels doesn't make much sense right now. After about 30+ minutes, the scaling gets wild β€” which is kind of the point. So... yeah, at some point, I have to kill you πŸ˜… I throw in small chaos elements as a soft reset while I figure out longer-term progression. It also helps with mobile performance β€” even with all the optimization, it still pushes limits.

Void Lord πŸ˜€ He’s actually designed to teleport and block you intentionally It’s not a bug β€” it’s meant to create tension. But from your gameplay, I can see the reaction window might be too short β€” even if you're playing well, it still catches you. That’s really valuable feedback. But immunity is full immunity so noone can hard you for 3 secs when boss is summoned As for the Chrono Boss, it has a 3-second charge, and if you’ve already upgraded your speed (+2), you can outrun it β€” Considering it’s the final boss in a 5-stage loop, so it’s meant to be annoying

I understand without saving or full levels, but there are better ways imo to scale the difficulty and craziness without feeling unfair. Faster enemies, tougher enemies, enemies that are both faster and tougher. But remember, with limited upgrades, the game would naturally get harder on its own without force.
