While taking an evening stroll, Alex noticed a young boy struggling to balance on his new bike. After watching him try several times, Alex walked over and offered a quick tip about keeping steady and focusing forward. The boy listened intently, and on his next try, he managed to ride a few wobbly feet without falling. They both laughed as he excitedly exclaimed that he "almost got it." Alex gave him an encouraging thumbs-up, then continued his walk, feeling a warm sense of accomplishment from helping out. Small moments like this always made Alex’s day a little brighter.

A friend once told me about a day when everything seemed to go wrong, but it turned out alright in the end. She had woken up late for work, rushed out of the house without her usual breakfast, and missed the bus by just a few seconds. Frustrated, she started walking to the next stop, hoping to catch the next bus, but it began to rain unexpectedly. She had no umbrella. As she walked, a kind stranger approached her with an extra umbrella, offering it without hesitation. She gratefully accepted and managed to make it to work only a few minutes late. To her surprise, her boss wasn’t even there that day. What could have been a stressful morning turned into a reminder of how small acts of kindness can make a difference.

About every other year I get together with my OG Apple crew, the folks who camped out with my to get iPhones in 2007 because we are huge nerds. It’s become our friend tradition. I already love the 16 Pro size. The 15 ProMax camera was amazing but I couldn’t type one handed anymore and it barely fit in any of my pockets. So glad I can get the best camera and not have to get an even bigger phone. Tonight we feast and transfer our phones!
