Hello, this is the official account of Vodka Writes on Warpcast. Let me re-introduce myself. Nigerian. Tech enthusiast/ writer. Permanently online. Currently building at the intersection of vibes and verifiable credentials. I write threads that slap, build communities that stick, and create content that doesn’t make you roll your eyes. Just a Web3 native with a touch of chaos. If it’s decentralized, disruptive, or needs a damn good storyteller, I’m interested.

SELF PACING vs SLACKING how can you tell when you’re on either side? The simple answer: Self pacing involves a deliberate, self regulation wherein tasks are aligned with personal capacity and goals. Meanwhile slacking basically implies procrastination, avoidance or a general lack of effort. But simple is never really the answer and the line between both concepts is very blurry especially when working on a long term project. You might start off on your own pace and end up slacking. To understand why people slack, we must first understand the essence of self pacing. - it honors autonomy which is a basic psychological need. Everyone loves having a certain level of control in whatever they’re involved in. - it recognizes limitations and strategically distributes efforts and skill. Focusing on sustainability rather than impressions. - it allows for finding a balance between capability and tasks faced. - it promotes personal goal setting and growth. Whether fast or slow, accomplishing goals takes time.
