Hey @vitalik.eth, take a look at our white paper at davinci.vote! We designed a zkRollup-based voting protocol that can solve most of these problems. When a voting is needed, we believe this protocol can meet all the criteria for a fair, accessible, anticoercion and censorship resistant participation.

IMO UN resolution votes should be secret ballot. Each country can choose (and replace) their own representative, but once the choice is made, what the representative does is up to their own conscience. Less "pressuring" by great powers, more seeing how people really think.
