The CertiK team hacked the Kraken exchange for $3,000,000...
The bug was promptly fixed, and all funds are safe... but the CertiK team is "extorting" $3,000,000 from Kraken for discovering the bug (initially they refused to return the stolen money).
Kraken representatives consider the incident a criminal matter and are cooperating with law enforcement agencies.
