you should go about creating things as you would running a startup...it's the same mindset
1) hire people that are there for the project, not for their own ego.
2) don't fundraise too much or you will lose your vision and join the graveyard of dead startups and dead artistic endeavors.
3) keep in mind that convenience will always drive success, both in art and in startups.
