Here are the things that have to change: 1️⃣ The logo needs improvement - it's too detailed and generic, giving off a spam vibe. A more appealing logo would attract more viewers to the podcast. 2️⃣ Instead of reading the casts, provide a short summary and commentary. Reading the casts distracts viewers and reduces interest. 3️⃣ The episode lacks a clear theme and fails to capture interest. Consider providing a weekly overview and announcing the most interesting topics to draw in viewers. 4️⃣ The show needs more visibility - with only 8 views, it's clear that the concept isn't reaching enough people. Consider advertising and paying for views initially. 5️⃣ Nounishprof interrupts too frequently, making the show too fast-paced and not allowing for enough input from the main host. More space for the main host's thoughts and opinions is needed.
