One nice thing about EIP-4844 is how future-proof it is:
1. The only consensus change required to get us from where we are today to full 16 MB danksharding is a parameter change.
2. The point eval precompile returns the modulus, allowing rollups to be built to be forward-compatible with future changes to the modulus
