Remember 2020 when all of us in DeFi were laughing at interest rates offered on bank deposits? Times have changed now. Santander in the U.S. is offering 4.25% APY on CDs while Compound and Aave around 1%. Rates respond to particular market conditions regardless DeFi or TradFi. https://i.imgur.com/4XMXb7F.jpg
